We tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each community we manage. We are a dedicated team of professionals that work closely with each Board of Directors and the individual members of the Association to create a cohesive and connected community.

Below is a summary of services

 we provide to Owners Associations


  • Organize board meeting and elections
  • Knowledge of CCR's, by-laws, & architectural procedures
  • Alerts Board of Directors to requirements of the NC Condominium & Planned Community Act


  • Reconcile monthly bank statement
  • Invoice Annual Dues to Homeowners
  • Supply monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors
  • Distribute specification for community work to Vendors
  • Write all checks as approved by the Board of Directors
  • Solicit bids from Vendors
  • Prepare and present a proposed yearly budget to the Board of Directors based on previous expenditures
  • Receive and deposit all funds to the community bank account

  • Prepare Closing Statements for Attorneys during sale of property
  • Respond to real estate agent request for information on community CCR's and ACC information
  • Main contact for the Association Homeowners and forward any issues to the Board of Directors
  • Maintain the official mailing address
  • Maintain the minutes of annual and board meeting minutes for review by buyers and members
  • Track delinquent payments, file lien as directed
  • Assist attorney in securing and/or removing liens when necessary
  • Arrange and attend board meetings, annual meeting, and budget ratification
  • Create and distribute community updates and various correspondence as directed by the Board of Directors
  • Maintain a web page on the Hecht Property Management website with pertinent information
  • Provide a source of historic information to the Board of Directors to maintain continuity
  • Arrange meeting space and provide proper notification to all members in advance of annual meeting
