How do I apply to rent a home?
You can stop by our office or print an application from the website and deliver it to our office.  If you are not already working with an agent, one of our agents can assist you.  There is a $40.00 application fee.  No application will be processed until the fee is received. You can pay this fee online by registering with PayLease.  You may access this by visiting www.paylease.com

How long will it take to process my application?
Applications can normally be processed within 24-48 hours pending all information requested is provided.  We will run a credit report furnished by Equifax Credit Bureau that must show a rating of 4 or less.  We arrive at this rating by averaging the Equifax credit line ratings.  Judgments, liens, or foreclosures are rated as 10 and averaged with other consumer credit lines. If the average rating is between 4 and 5, and references from past landlords and employer are positive, a co-signer or double security deposit will be considered.  In order for a co-signer to qualify they must have unblemished credit, own property in NC, and have lived in NC for at least one year.
